In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law"), SHOPIVERSE TEKNOLOJİ VE YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("SHOPIVERSE"), as the data controller, informs about the method of collecting personal data, the purposes of processing, the transfer to third parties and the rights of the person concerned. SHOPIVERSE is to provide information about the personal data it collects in e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce operational processes within the integration software panel.

Methods of Collecting Personal Data

SHOPIVERSE collects personal data in audio, electronic or physical writing, especially through membership, written contract, supplier-manufacturer-seller requests, offers, e-mail, physical document delivery, website, notifications from administrative and judicial authorities and rarely other communication channels, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in the Law and in line with the legal reasons specified in this Clarification Text.

Transfer of Personal Data

SHOPIVERSE, in line with the purposes specified in this Clarification Text, 8. In accordance with the article, in order to provide better service to domestic and foreign customers, personal data provided that all necessary measures are taken; affiliates, suppliers, subcontractors, B2B & B2C business partners and supplier employees, Manufacturers and Sellers Using the platform, legal advisors, financial advisors and tax advisors, regulatory and supervisory institutions, courts and enforcement offices, such as institutions or organizations authorized to request the personal data of the relevant person and their designated persons. Personal data is not transferred abroad by SHOPIVERSE.

Rights of the Person Concerned

The Relevant Person, whose personal data is processed by SHOPIVERSE, is subject to Article 11 of the Law. It can use the following rights listed in the article:

To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

In order for your application to be answered and reached by you; Please make sure that you provide the above information accurately and completely. Your application will be finalized within 30 days. In cases where a separate cost calculation is required to fulfill the requests of the person concerned, SHOPIVERSE; In case of response in recording media such as CD, flash memory, the right to demand a fee in the amount of the cost of the recording medium in question is reserved from the relevant person.

In accordance with the Law, SHOPIVERSE pays special attention to the processing of the personal data of the person concerned in accordance with the law and the rule of honesty, accurately and up-to-date when necessary, for specific, clear and legitimate purposes, in connection with the purpose for which they are processed, limited and measured, for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed, and takes the necessary measures for this purpose.
